We are the world market leader for environmental simulation systems

Countless materials, components and parts are exposed to climatic and mechanical influences day after day. Cold, heat, UV radiation or stressful continuous operation, the use of special environmental simulation systems makes it possible to test the suitability of the devices or products for use under the most adverse conditions.

By a prompt environmental simulation test you benefit from lower manufacturing costs as well as other advantages. At Weiss Technik, we offer our customers systems in all sizes and dimensions. From typical series production to customized and process-integrated systems for high reproducibility and accurate test results. We offer a wide range and therefore enable you to realize your projects.

Shaping the future together. With the new ClimeEvent

Seasonal differences or different climatic zones - products have to withstand various thermal and climatic conditions during production, transport, storage and use. The new TempEvent and ClimeEvent temperature and climatic test chambers help to test the influence temperature and humidity has on the properties, function and service life of your products.

Since the launch of the ClimeEvent series in 2016, the world of environmental simulation has changed significantly: Increasingly demanding end customers are resulting in ever more specific test requirements. After receiving feedback from day-to-day testing, our new temperature and climatic test chambers have been completely redesigned in terms of technology, appearance, and functionality to meet customer requirements with even greater precision.

The result: The best temperature and climatic test chambers manufactured by weisstechnik.

Laboratory Test Chambers, Type LabEvent

PCB’s, blister packs or lipstick – tests to stabilise and optimise the quality of products are indispensable in research and laboratories. Our laboratory test chambers were designed for this purpose in particular and allow reproducible temperature and climatic tests directly at the workplace. A high temperature range from -70°C to +180°C as well as high-quality processing and construction are crucial for reliable measurement results – of course, all in compliance with test standards such as DIN, ISO, MIL, IEC, DEF and ASTM.

Various climatic zones can be simulated with temperature ranges between +10°C and +95°C, and humidity ranges between 10% RH and 95% RH.
The chambers with a test space volume of 34, 64, 100  and 150 liter work with alternating current and set the highest standards in terms of convenience, performance and features.

Overview of customer benefits:

  • Available with natural refrigerant CO² with GWP 1
  • WEBSeason® web-based user interface
  • Flexible thanks to independent, adjustable temperature limiter
  • Compact design saves space

Temperature-Shock Test Chambers ShockEvent

The right support for your shock tests - vertical or damper shock

In order to be able to detect latent weak points within a very short time, an ordinary temperature test is often not sufficient; shock testing is a test in which the samples are shocked. Shocking refers to temperature and means that a test specimen undergoes a very rapid temperature change between two temperature extremes - The test specimen is subjected to an abrupt temperature change. In this process, the air (or liquid) is preconditioned. That means you need a hot chamber and a cold chamber.

Both the ShockEvent D (damper shock) and ShockEvent T (vertical shock) series use air-to-air shock. In addition, weisstechnik offers “liquid-air” media, ice water shock testers as well as surge water testers.

Climatic Walk-in Chambers & Rooms, Type ClimeEvent

A climatic walk-in chamber helps you to simulate seasonal differences and different climatic zones when setting up test conditions for your products and components.

Your products must be able to withstand a variety of temperatures during manufacturing, transport, storage and use. The Weiss Technik Walk-in Chamber ClimeEvent will help you to test the influence of temperature and humidity on the properties, function and lifespan of your products.

Overview of customer benefits:

  • Available with natural refrigerant CO² with GWP 1
  • Climatic walk-in test chamber made of highly-alloyed, extra corrosion-resistant stainless steel V4A (1.4404)
  • Highly efficient operation thanks to the state-of-the-art refrigeration technology and electronic cooling water regulators
  • Highest level of control accuracy thanks to the perfect coordination of air conditioning, cooling technology and control units
  • WEBSeason® web-based user interface
